Having a background in higher education, research, and 1-1 mentoring, I became passionate about supporting people not just to understand psychology but to use it to improve their health in meaningful ways

I combine scientific knowledge with practical tools and genuine care. I understand that improving health is not simply about willpower. It involves identity, environment, beliefs, and emotional resilience.
