Accelerated Health Behaviour Change.
A sprint to change one costly workplace health behaviour.
Most workplace wellbeing programmes mean well, but they don’t create lasting change.
A gap persists between intention and action
Your staff might have gym discounts, wellbeing apps, or mental health days, but if they don’t have time to use these, skipping breaks, or sitting for hours, then wellbeing and productivity suffer.
On top of that, these small daily behaviours lead to costly business impacts too:
Skipped breaks lead to fatigue and decreased performance.
Sitting all day can lead to musculoskeletal problems, lack of engagement & presenteeism.
Not using up wellbeing perks leads to them being an unnecessary cost.
The Behaviour Shift Sprint bridges the gap to bring intentions to life
Grounded in health psychology and proven frameworks, we design an intervention that is practical, engaging, and built to stick.
Evidence-Based: We use the science of behaviour change (COM-B and Behaviour Change Wheel), alongside your organisation’s data to identify the real drivers of employee habits.
Tailored to Your People: Every workplace is different, so we design interventions aligned with your culture, workforce, and goals.
Measurable: Evaluation is built into the intervention, so you’ll see the impact in data and employee feedback.
Just one behaviour change can deliver measurable improvements
Expect to see:
Improved job performance and work engagement
Reduced occupational fatigue
Less sickness presenteeism and absenteeism
What does the change intervention process look like?
-
In this first phase we work together to identify one priority behaviour with your organisation that is hoped to make the largest impact .
Research is completed to understand barriers and enablers for executing the healthful behaviour.
-
An evidence-based intervention is designed using behaviour change science.
Expect to get practical assets such as: digital prompts, posters, manager guide, nudges for the workplace.
-
The intervention is tested via a 4 week rollout in your workplace. Evaluation of the this will help refine the intervention further, before being implemented for 8 weeks.
A 3-step process
