By looking at the psychology of behaviour change, my approach goes beyond surface-level initiatives. I uncover what drives lasting wellness for the people in your organisation and opractical, sustainable, and relevant changes.

  • The problem:
    Many wellbeing initiatives appear as ad-hoc, not as part of a wider company initiative, or just do not address the real issues people face.

    What I do to solve this:
    I look at your policies, culture, environment, workforce health data and employee voice, alongside behaviour change theory to gain insight into where you currently are, where the gaps are, and what is required to elevate your workplace’s wellness.

    I then help you put it into action, by creating a personalised blueprint for your organisation, building out your wellness strategy and a clear roadmap to help reach goals for a healthier workforce.

  • The Problem:
    Some employee health behaviours end up being highly costly for employers in the long-run. Either through sickness absence, or lack of engagement and productivity.

    What I do to solve this:
    I create a bespoke behaviour change intervention to address a specific health behaviour in your organisation.

    Whether that’s helping your employees take more breaks to feel more energised, or move more during the day to reduce aches and pains.
