Imanjit Kaur
After seven years of using psychology to help professionals thrive at work, I began to feel a deeper calling to use my skills to make a bigger difference by supporting people to live healthier and full of vitality. That desire led me to pursue a Health Psychology Master’s in 2024; a field that uses psychological principles to prevent and manage illness, and empower people to take control of their health. Through my studies, it became clear that many people struggle with health challenges and often, the support available doesn’t account for the realities of busy routines or the barriers we face in everyday life. I’ve also personally seen how difficult it can be to prioritise health while balancing a corporate job and life’s pressures.
Using my consulting and coaching experiences, I work with both clients to support workplace wellbeing and with individuals working on their personal wellbeing goals.

Sophia Dzubia
Having several years of psychology-based experience across higher education, research, and 1-1 mentoring, I felt increasingly drawn to apply my skills directly to health and behaviour change. Through teaching and supervising students, I saw how stress, anxiety, lifestyle pressures, and unhelpful habits affect performance and wellbeing. I became passionate about supporting people not just to understand psychology but to use it to improve their health in meaningful ways, which led me to study Health Psychology.
My experience, including work on community mental health, ensures that my approach is grounded in evidence. My time working within the NHS as an End of Life Support Worker further deepened my empathy and reinforced the importance of compassionate, person-centred care.
I guide individuals through goal setting, confidence building, stress management, and behaviour change, always tailoring support to their unique circumstances. I combine scientific knowledge with practical tools and genuine care. I understand that improving health is not simply about willpower. It involves identity, environment, beliefs, and emotional resilience.
